Positive: Amazing food, amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly, kind and helpful. Also great place for the kiddos. Our 4 yo.had a blast with the pools, the parks and the activities. I wish it was quiter at night though. This was the only issue, i think the second disco by the beach is taking away the beauty and the peace. But overall it was a 5 star experience!!
Negative: No need that second stage by the beach at night.

Negative: kitchen stuff seems quite overworked and wears gloves all the time (which is not a good kitchen practice to my knowledge, but it is debatable)

Positive: - The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by plenty of nature, located in a quiet area with lovely views. - Good variety of food available at the restaurant. - Easy communication with the hotel during the stay, including via WhatsApp.
Negative: - The hotel was full of Russian guests; staff spoke little English and some of the entertainment was only in Russian. - Bar staff seemed to give priority to Russian guests. - The beach has a lot of rocks, which can be uncomfortable. - Some restaurant tables were not well maintained or properly cleaned. - The alcoholic drinks served at the bars were of poor quality.

Positive: Great food and drinks. Nice staff. Just need to keep in mind most pictures are from the main building and 1/3 of the guests are based in a side building. Main pool can be too loud and too busy, there’s a smaller pool closer to the other building that is much more quiet and peaceful

Positive: We planned a short trip for three days, kind of a stopover, and did not think much while choosing the hotel. Mirada Del Mar appeared to be a fantastic place, all inside a green park with pine trees, palm trees and flowers. One could hear birds all the time and it gave a wonderful feeling of being in the nature. All members of the family liked the all inclusive restaurant, me personally enjoyed the verity of greens and vegetables, verity of cheeses and the grilled buffet. There were plenty of fruits, deserts and drinks. I saw the chefs out in the buffet space a few times, they were reviewing the way the food was served and what people were choosing and after we noticed changes in food arrangement. I like that). From actives - there is a lot to do for small kids and for adults. We spent time swimming and sunbathing, which was lovely. The stuff is very welcoming and enough.
Negative: There is no outdoor gym. We are morning people and prefer exercise in the mornings, but the indoor gym was opening at 9 am, which is late for us.
Summary: We loved the place and we will come back. Thank you.

Positive: Food has a really great quality, above the average in Antalya Nature is just amazing Rooms are super clean Staff is mostly friendly, nice and quick Great quality for the price, above expectations Amazing relax pool with pine trees Chalet rooms are the cheapest ones but feel like the best ones because of the calmness, garden view Very close to Goynuk Canyon Sometimes earlier checking is possible and reception team really put their effort to assist you with the best option
Negative: I liked the hotel but here is what can be improved: 1. Too many agents/people upselling their products and services, sometimes on the beach someone tries to sell you smth every 10 mins and it's difficult to stop it 2. Lactose free milk is available only in the lobby bar, other staff doesn't understand what it is. Also for the breakfast coffee is done with the machine, not manually 3. Lockers and handles in beach female toilet need to be repaired and also it needs to be cleaned more often 4. Main pool area would me much greater and cozier with greenery (trees and plants), also the exterior design of the shops next to the main pool (photo and etc) spoils the view 5. Peacocks are kept in too small cages and scream all night, it would be great to just let them out for a walk 6. A lot of pregnant cats, which could be taken a better care of from the hotels side - they can be sterilized, microchipped, also small wooden houses and feeders with water and food can be arranged for them, it's not that expensive
